Devin Doos, MD
Devin Doos, MD is a board-certified emergency medicine physician serving patients at Johnson Memorial Health, Major Hospital, and Witham Health Services. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Indiana University, where she served as Chief Resident, and went on to complete a fellowship in Simulation Medicine with a special interest in disaster medicine. Dr. Doos earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also completed a scholarly concentration in medical ethics.
Dr. Doos is actively involved in hospital leadership and quality improvement, serving on the Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Board, Medical Records Committee, and Utilization Review Committee.
Her academic work includes local presentations for Emergency Medicine residents, a regional presentation for Indiana State EMS, and national presentations at conferences such as the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), SimGHOSTS, and the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM). She has also presented internationally at the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare.
Dr. Doos has authored peer-reviewed articles in Journal of Disaster Medicine and Public Health Preparedness, American Journal of Medical Quality, Journal of Hospital Infection, Journal of Emergency Medicine, Academic Emergency Medicine, and Journal of Medical Education and Curriculum Development, along with a service publication in ACEP Now.
She remains committed to advancing emergency care, simulation education, and healthcare quality through both clinical service and academic engagement.
