Responsibilities: Alteon Health is seeking a Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine at UH Geauga Medical Center. Candidate must be a residency trained, ABEM/ABOEM board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our practice. The successful candidate should have a proven record of operational leadership, clinical service, teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve the services offered in the Emergency Department
- Opportunities to participate in Department-specific leadership roles
- Works closely with scheduling and recruitment team
- Serves as the primary mentor for new providers
- Attends all Medical Executive and Medical Staff Meetings
